1. Research-use only
All products on this site are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products and are not intended or approved for human or animal use.
2. Buyer attestation
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory, and that you will not use these materials for human or animal consumption, administration, or treatment.
3. Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including for orders that do not appear to meet the research-use requirements above.
4. Returns
Research materials are non-returnable once shipped. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We disclaim all warranties beyond those required by applicable EU consumer law.
